Rockery Cottage is a superbly situated modern cosy cottage, set on the hillside in Greenbank's grounds. It is surrounded by outstanding fell views. The cottage is owner maintained and is well equipped and comfortably furnished. It has it's own garden and parking.

The large open plan kitchen and lounge is upstairs, making the most of the fantastic views, with windows on all three sides. The kitchen equipment includes cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. The lounge has a TV, Video and Radio/CD player. The cottage is centrally heated ( no meters) with an additional electric fire. There is a double bedroom and a single bedroom. The bathroom is newly refurbished with bath and shower over, toilet and pedestal sink. All bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.

Weekly bookings Saturday to Saturday from 1 pm

Out of season short breaks also available, 3 nights minimum stay

Maiden Moor Cottage - Sleeps 2/4

Maiden Moor cottage is lovely and peaceful set on the hillside with stunning views of Catbells, Maiden Moor and High Spy. It has it's own garden and parking. The cottage has had a new spacious open plan kitchen-dining-lounge.
The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, grill and dishwasher.
The lounge and dining area is comfortably furnished with TV, DVD and Radio/CD player. The patio door leads to the garden where you could enjoy a barbeque.
There are two bedrooms one twin and one double which are very spacious with plenty of storage. There is also a cot available on request. The bathroom is between the two bedrooms and is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet and heated towel rail.
The cottage is fully heated (no meters) and has an additional electric fire. All bed linen and towels are provided.

Enjoy the peace and tranquility within the main house, Greenbank. This apartment is on the second floor with fantastic views of Derwentwater Lake and the surrounding fells. It has its own peaceful elevated garden and decking area. The apartment itself is very spacious and very well equipped. The kitchen has fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven and grill. The lounge is spacious, modern and quiet, there is a TV with DVD player, Radio CD and an electric fire.

There are 3 bedrooms
